Behavior training using rewards.
Everyone can be manipulated/trained using the reward system. The trick is as old as time its self. Using rewards to train behaviour to your own mind or someone else's, can be a slow process since you have to wait and observe like a hawk. Sit and watch patiently, and as soon as the people/person performs the action you want, you swoop like a hawk. The reason is that sometimes you have to create such circumstances to a very strong extent in which the reward has an effect or in which they are bound to act like that.
After they behave in that way, you reward them with attention or something else valuable. The famous psychologist B.F Skinner, who had mastered this, could make pigeons wearing shorts and spinning their tiny rackets like the pros, holding them in their not so harmful breaks or wings (whichever you prefer). Well not exactly like that. They could only roll ping pong balls towards each other. But still, that is pretty impressive. I don't see any of you making pigeons play soccer or guide missiles (yeah he did that too).
Of course, it has its negatives as well. For example, after some time, similar rewards lose their effects. The intensity might have to be increased or the technique might have to be changed. But most importantly, the idea of controlling or manipulating can very dangerous.

"With great power comes great responsibility".
Rewarding can help friends and family learn how you want to be treated. Although thanks to T.V shows, cartoons and movies, many have subconsciously or consciously understood how this works from an early age.
Be strong and wise enough to use it right!
